🚨 Rookie Rumble 2025 – Interest Call! 🚨We’re excited to launch the Rookie Rumble, a beginner-friendly partner CrossFit competition hosted at CrossFit Fort Walton Beach on Saturday, September 6!
We're currently working to set up registration on Competition Corner as Breeze Scoring is down for upgrades. In the meantime, if you're interested in competing, please message us directly so we can add you to the list!

• 2-Person Teams (Male/Male, Female/Female, or Mixed Pairs)
• Divisions: Novice & Advanced Beginner
• 3 Scored Workouts:
– Max Total Weight
– Chipper Workout
– Synchronized Partner Workout
• Early Registration: $115/team
• Late Registration: $125/team
• Location: 726 Beal Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, FL
