Spend your Tuesday evening in mid July in the beautiful rooftop greenhouse at Grow + Gather as Katie leads you through a yoga practice just long enough to bring you to a more grounded state. Then slowly settle in and get cozy for an extended savasana + dreamy sound bath experience.
Katie will blend Crystal Alchemy singing bowls with a crystal harp and other soothing instruments. Soften, breathe with ease and release as you settle in, surrounded by the lush, thriving plants around you.
