Rooftop Yoga & Clothes swap

??‍♀️ 10h30-11h30 : Hatha Raja yoga class with Justine on a Rooftop in the center of BCN

I'm teaching the yoga that I like: intense playful & regenerative.

Each class is a gift and an opportunity to improve grow evolve shine to get better & happier to cultivate & maintain your best vibration in order to become who you want to be & to achieve your goals.

It’ll be a one hour class in English inspired by Hatha Raja & Dharma Yoga.

Through this class I want to offer you :

. A safe space for asana practice consciousness breathing & fun

. A complete class with meditation pranayama warm up & specific yoga poses explorations.

The class is open & accessible for everyone.

? 11h30 - 14h30 : Clothes Swap Party (same building)

This event is about sharing a good “girl time” while we try and exchange clothes.

. Bring your items (clothes shoes bags accessories home decorations etc) that you no longer need. And we swap with each other.

. At the end of the event you can decide what to do with your ‘left over’ items - whether you take them back or leave them for donation.

. Please bring drinks/snack to contribute

**Out of respect for the hostesses and all the participants please:

. Book your spot in advance your investment: 10€ until the 8th of april - after 15€ (refund in credits to use for yoga or Thai massage).

. Be there on time (the event starts at 10h30 & ends at 14h30)

. Bring your mat (tell me if you need one) 

. Be aware that these events are taking place at someone's home & ask us time love & energy we do them because we like to share & want to do our part in the clothes recycling.
