Join us every Sunday 9 - 11a for community wide yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Jotina Buck, yoga guide Jotina Buck, Root & Yoke Wellness , yoga guide. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, towel, water and whatever else you need for the practice.
9:00 - 9:20 - Community care & fellowship
9:20 - 10:30 - Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation
10:30 - 11:00 - Community care & fellowship
If you do not have a yoga mat, don't worry. We got you. Just register and show up. All levels welcome. Invite a friend.
