Join us at Move with Joy for Rooftop Yoga every Saturday through summer and fall! We will meet inside Move with Joy between 10:10-10:15 and then take the elevator to the rooftop of the Creamery Building! The beautiful landscape and plant create a gorgeous environment for a healing yoga flow, combined with Pilates Core movements, for an energizing start to your day! Class is $10 to drop in (cash, CashApp, or Venmo are accepted payment methods), mats provided or bring your own. Wear clothing comfortable for movement and bring water!
