Rooftop Vinyasa Yoga at Etage

Join us for a dynamic, flowing yoga class that connects breath with movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Experience the serenity of practicing on the Etage rooftop, offering stunning views of downtown, weather permitting. As the season changes, we'll move indoors to continue the flow in a cozy, inviting space. All levels welcome! This is part of a weekly class series.
