Kabalah Yoga is a consciousness-based practice where the postures are transformed into powerful tools that help us journey inward. Embodying the templates of the Hebrew letters into Yoga postures awakens hidden energy, and great wisdom, empowers, heals, and enhances our life.
In this mini workshop & Yoga practice, you will experience:
- Kabalah on life, body, movement, soul and breath, and how they interrelate
- Wisdom of the ancient Hebrew letters and their depth
- Yoga Flow in the Kabalah Yoga Method.
- The power of kavana, (bhava), intention in your Yoga poses, and sequencing.
- Meditation & crystal sound healing bath w/ Jai-El Ar

• Audi Gozlan: 500, RYT, Ph.D. is a passionate yoga teacher for over twenty years, who fuses Vinyasa yoga with the cultivation of spiritual intention. . He is a Prana Vinyasa teacher and is an assistant to international yoga teacher Shiva Rea. He is the founder of Kabalah Yoga®️, a unique style of yoga that teaches movement and meditation based on the ancient wisdom of Kabalah.
Audi is an inspiring yoga teacher who is wise, creative, and openhearted. He encourages deepening one's yoga practice by cultivating positive intention, an important teaching of Kabalah. He seamlessly interweaves energetic flow and kabalah universal wisdom to support an uplifting and complete yoga experience.

• Lisa Pumper: ERYT 500. YACEP - event producer @ Loop and resident teacher. Lisa has studied Eastern healing arts for over 35 years. She shares these teachings in public classes with a very light heart to welcome in all levels & she has facilitated yoga trainings for the past 20 years.
She is passionate about creating community, sharing other teachers' gifts and keeping it affordable for all with weekly classes and special events at the Las Olas Oceanside park and beyond.

Small rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain cells do not come over to our event location. A light sprinkle happens during an outdoor event, always bring something to cover your items/ dry off.
❎ GENERAL CANCELATION POLICY :
This special event booking may be canceled 24 hours before your booking date and time. This is a self-refund process. Go into tickets to process your refund. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, excluding Eventbrite fees, back to your credit card. Self-cancel booking refund will go to the credit card used to purchase.
Special event bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no credits - after the 24 hr cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings. Sorry, we are not responsible for ANY personal reasons that prevent you from attending.
