Man oh man are we chomping at the bit for the 31st. For those that know (we see you), for those that don't, we'll fill you in: Tope throws an annual Halloween party atop The Hoxton, Portland that packs the roof with tunes (talent TBA), drinks, delicious food passed from our kitchen throughout the night, and the coolest Portland crowd... in costume, of course.
This year's theme: The Silver Scream. Come in your best dress inspired by classic horror films or favorite on screen characters.
It's one not to miss, and don't sleep on this one, tickets move quickly.
