Join us on the roof of the Metropolitan Tuesday evening at 6pm for a 45-minute express barre session, making sure to target & tone all those muscles! Taught by Jamie, this class brings you strong yet subtle movements built to increase your endurance & lose those inches. You will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, challenge your mind and body and improve your flexibility and mobility. A heart-pumping class that will burn you out in the best way! This will be a body-weight class but if you'd like to bring your own set of light weights for an extra burn, feel free!Bring a mat, grab your water and get ready to sweat!
