By restoring flexibility and durability to aging shingles, Zach’s work provides a cost-effective alternative to roof replacement while promoting sustainability.
Zach’s entrepreneurial journey also includes building a successful solar company from an initial $500 investment into a thriving business with 46 full-time employees, which he sold in 2021. In addition, he has developed a growing real estate portfolio, including three mobile home parks and multifamily properties, where he focuses on creating value for residents and improving communities.
