rOjO n SoJo (Robert & Sonya Joseph) are back with a new, different kind of show. We call it MAJN or “Make a Joyful Noise!!” This a non-religious service, meant to uplift the spirit and warm the heart with song and singing, Singers Church will be held every 1st Sunday, Starting July 5, at (where else but) the Lost Church in Santa Rosa.
Here’s the format: Songwriters get 25 minutes to sing original songs and originally crafted covers, with one requirement, … they must end their set with at least 1 song that the audience can sing along to. These will be the songs that pull our heart strings, make us close our eyes, sing out loud, fill vocal harmonies, have you smiling ear to ear. You know the songs I’m talking about; American Pie, Piano Man, Country Roads, Hallelujah, Amazing Grace, … there are sooo many. And we all are going to raise our voices and lift the ceiling with love, positivity and song!
Our First event on July 5 will feature:
