A seminar with Shihan Terry Birkett in the Netherlands.The morning session will concentrate on better understanding what it is you are actually doing with your Karate. What the techniques were truly designed to do, not what they have become over decades of sport orientated training. When you better understand the movement, you can deploy it sharper, faster and with better effect.
The afternoon session will then look at how those improved techniques translate into the real application of your Karate, defending yourself against an attacker. How things unfold in real world unwanted violence targeted against you.
This will involve real scenario based training!
