Ronan Delisle is a guitarist and composer living in Los Angeles. His work as a guitarist is rooted in the improvisational vocabulary of jazz and the freedom of the avant-garde, which he pairs with a compositional process that owes as much to Leadbelly as it does to Arnold Schoenberg.
For this concert his music will feature Abbey Blackwell (bass), Evan Woodle (drums), and Ray Larsen (trumpet).
The evening will be opened by musician Amelia Coulter.
