Ron Holmes Ron Holmes (formerly performing as Escape Velocity) is from State College, PA. His music is inspired by classic 1970's space music featuring sequencers, mellotrons, and melodies and influenced by bands who continue to play this kind of music today such as Red Shift, Gert Emmens, Free System Projekt, Brendan Pollard, and Beyond Berlin. Rhythmic sequencers, spacey mellotron sounds, and trips into the ambient world will be the focus of his performance.

Andrew Koenig
Eclectic multi-instrumentalist Andrew Koenig makes music in a wide-ranging sound palette on a familiar harmonic and rhythmic foundation. His music often starts with improvised melodies that he then makes into new forms by changing sound and texture and combining melodies.
His first foray into electronic music was in sixth grade when he and a friend performed a piece he had written for Autoharp and sine-wave oscillator. Since then he has played in solo performances and a variety of ensembles that have ranged from free electronica to folk to rock to jazz to early music (music written before 1750 or so).

The event will be held at Unitarian Universalist Church at Washington Crossing Church at 268 Washington Crossing Pennington Rd, Titusville, NJ 08560. Admission is $10 (cash only), with all proceeds to benefit the UUCWC, which has kindly provided the venue for the series. Doors open at 7:30 pm.
