The mad blood is stirring. We are thrilled to announce that the second and final production of Rogue Ensemble's summer of love will be a site specific performance of Shakespeare's ROMEO AND JULIET.
Prepare to fall in love all over again as you watch the infamous star crossed lovers navigate societal pressure, puberty, family and Catholicism in the courtyard of The House of The Redeemer, a landmarked treasure on The Upper East Side.
Performances will run August 7th, 14th and 21st at 3pm and 6:30pm at The House of The Redeemer on 7 E 95th St New York, NY. Tickets are $20 online and $25 at the door. The capacity is limited to 60 audience members per show. Seating will be provided by the venue and the run time will be approximately 100 minutes. Please bring proof of vaccination to the performance.
ROMEO AND JULIET (directed by Amanda Whiteley) features Mark Ashin as Mercutio, Hunter Dunn as Romeo, Musa Gurnis as Lady Capulet, Conner Keef as Tybalt, Eli Moran as Prince, Joseph Nasta as Paris, Victoria Pero as Friar Laurence, Kevin Qian as Nurse, Jerry Raik as Capulet, Elizabeth Robbins as Juliet and Magali Trench as Benvolio.
