ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE:

Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families. It was among Shakespeare's most popular plays during his lifetime and is one of his most frequently performed plays. This production is directed by Shakespeare Dallas' Associate Artistic Director, Jenni Stewart.

Gates open at 7:00pm and the performance begins at 8:00pm.


This show runs 2 hours. Plus, there will be one 15-minute intermission.


We are cashless and encourage you to reserve your parking when you book your advance tickets.


Shakespeare Dallas allows audiences to pack a picnic (including beer and wine for those 21+) and encourages guests to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. We also have sand chairs available for rent at the Shoppe.


Pets are not allowed except for Bark in the Park night (Sunday, September 19).


COVID-19 SAFETY

For the safety of your fellow patrons, staff, artists and technicians, seating is limited to 50% of total capacity (under 600 audience members). Masks are encouraged when not seated on the lawn.


DISCOUNTS, GROUP RATES, AND REFUNDS

Groups are encouraged! If you have 10 or more guests in your party, please select the "Group Admission" option at check out.


Educators can receive $5 off the price of a General Admission ticket. Please send a valid Teacher ID to Sterling at [email protected] to receive a promotional code.


Member of the military? Military members and their families can attend this show free of charge (up to 4 complimentary tickets max). Please contact Sterling at [email protected] to reserve. Military ID required at gate.


We have a strict no refund policy. In the event of a weather-related cancellation of a show, rain checks are issued so that our patrons may have every opportunity to see another performance. Refunds may only be issued for show cancellations during the last weekend of performances. If you'd like to exchange your ticket to another date, we're happy to do so. You may also convert your ticket into a tax-deductible donation.
