Pyramid offers exquisite five-course prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinners on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15 with seatings from 5 to 9:30 PM and live music to set the tone. Plus guests may opt for optional wine pairings from Orin Swift and a guided tasting experience with a seasoned sommelier.

- Pan Seared Halibut. Served with hibiscus cauliflower puree pickled red onion purple cauliflower florets grilled radicchio and Champagne vinaigrette.

- Half Chicken. Served with celeriac puree braised kale and demi-glace.
