Perfect for couples, this hands-on experience combines the vibrant flavors of Italian cuisine with the elegance of dining in our Heidelberg Mixology Room, offering stunning views of downtown Columbus.

The Menu:

• Insalata Caprese (Capri): Begin on the isle of Capri with this famous salad featuring fresh tomatoes, cow’s milk mozzarella, Arcadian lettuce greens, extra-virgin olive oil, and milled black pepper.
• Pappardelle Pasta (Amalfi Coast): Cruise along the Amalfi coast with fresh pappardelle pasta tossed with sautéed baby portobello mushrooms, asparagus, roasted peppers, and peas, all simmered in a light vegetable velouté enriched with chardonnay and roasted garlic.
• Sicilian Flatbread (Sicily): Create a thin-crust flatbread brushed with sweet basil pesto, layered with ripe tomatoes, provolone, and mozzarella.
• Tiramisu (Dessert): End the evening with this classic Italian dessert of coffee-scented chocolate sponge cake soaked in espresso syrup, layered with whipped mascarpone cheese, and Chantilly cream, and finished with a dusting of dark cocoa.
