We’re kicking off the new year with Alchemised by SenLinYu. This is a beautifully devastating, slow-burn read that has already had us crying less than 20 pages in (I am going to need a whole box of tissues 😭). If you love dark magic, emotional depth, and stories that hurt in the best way… this one’s for you. 🖤
As always, our book club is a welcoming space for discussion, laughter, deep dives, and shared love of romantasy. Come ready to talk themes, feelings, favorite moments, and everything in between. Our new space at Polys Place will provide us with some privacy and allow for some better group conversation 🫶🏻 We loved our time at Casual Space, but we definitely outgrew it over the course of this year (which is exciting in itself!).

As we head into a new year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of Romantasy Book Club. Whether you joined us once or every month, you’ve helped build a community that has become one of our favorite parts of 2025.
With that growth comes the need for a little structure moving forward. In 2025, we covered the cost of our meeting space ourselves. To remain sustainable and continue offering a consistent place to gather, we’re introducing a membership model starting in January 2026:
✨ $100/year for an annual Beyond the Chronicles Book Club membership
OR
✨ $10 drop-in rate per meeting
This helps cover rental space, planning time, and allows us to keep hosting high-quality, welcoming gatherings each month.
We are so grateful for your support and cannot wait to read, grow, and build even more together in 2026.
