**All who enter must be ticketed** If you are disabled and have a helper, the helper is required to have a ticket to enter.
No one under 14 will be admitted. Attendees 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult 18 and over. Remember, adult content will be visible throughout the event.

The venue is larger than our previous London events, 6000sqm. ? ?♀️
200 authors currently have reconfirmed attendance. Many sub genres will be present. HOWEVER the author line up can change at any time. Cancellations will happen, they are inevitable. Schedules change, illness occurs, emergencies happen, life changes. There are some authors who like to confirm closer to the event date meaning we may also add authors later.

Please note that should a surge in Covid cases occur prior to the event RARE will determine if masks are required and will communicate this information as soon as determined. We understand Covid is here to stay and a decision for masks will not be taken lightly. Should you choose to wear a mask all will be respectful of it. In addition some authors may wear a mask and choose to not hug or have attendees behind their table.
Please keep in mind venue prices EVERYWHERE have increased due to almost three years of Covid and no events. We did our best to keep pricing as low as we could.

Author lunches/breaks:
The room does not close for lunch however each section (approximately 40 authors) will leave for lunch. Once the table map is released you will want to plan accordingly.

Directions & Parking Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. If you are travelling to ExCeL London by road please use postcode E16 1XL.There are multiple ways of travelling to the venue:

? No more than two non book items per author not counting bookplates
?Some authors may have imposed book limits
? All pictures will be taken by author assistants and in front of the table to help expedite lines
? Some authors will be ticketed meaning after the first 20 attendees in line a line ambassadors will hand out numbered wristbands - one per attendee. You will then go about meeting other authors until your number is called. You can join the queue any time after your number is called, so no worries if you are busy or in another queue.
There is a Costa across from our room next to a sandwich kiosk. There are also other food options up and down the hall corridor. Keep in mind food /snack bars will be open for the entire building meaning attendees from other events. For food options :https://www.excel.london/visitor/food-drink
