Overview: Our Diabetes Type 2 Roma Network is a collaborative effort funded by the National Lottery and supported by VAS . It is part of a citywide partnership between local surgeries, community organizations, and engaged community members like yourself. With a focus on prevention, progress tracking, and celebrating successes, our network seeks to empower individuals and communities to make healthier choices and reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes.
Launch Event Highlights:
• Introduction to the Network: Learn about the objectives, structure, and activities planned for the Diabetes Roma Network, referrals , resources and drop in sessions.
