What's Yoga Sculpt? This isn't your typical yoga class. Yoga Sculpt combines free weights, cardio bursts, and yoga-inspired movements in a heated room. You'll build lean muscle, torch calories, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. It's the perfect fusion for anyone chasing real results.
What's Included:
• 60 minutes of heated Yoga Sculpt—strength training meets yoga flow with light hand weights and high-energy cardio intervals
• Guided cooldown to restore and reset
