Come and hear Rolling Harmony in a special tea time concert at St Julian's Church, Wellow. “An exquisite blend of voices and rich harmonies.”
Rolling Harmony is a vibrant vocal group of singers from the South West formed by Jane Harris, Director of Songways and Dunkerton resident. They delight audiences with their lively and eclectic performances... songs by English and American composers rooted in traditional harmony singing… exquisite vocal settings of poetry inspired by the natural world... and gorgeous a cappella arrangements of jazz standards - there’s something for everyone…
“Wonderful… truly wonderful”
“Soul-filling… thank you”
“Beautiful repertoire, fabulous voices… loved it”
“Amazing… sublime”
Rolling Harmony has performed to great acclaim across the South West, including Bath Abbey, Shaftesbury Fringe, Halsway Manor (National Centre for English Folk Arts), Calstock Arts, and Marazion in the far West of Cornwall. The group includes singers from Dunkerton, Bath, Bradford on Avon, Shaftesbury and Taunton.
Proceeds from this concert will go towards Rolling Harmony touring in 2025 while also supporting St Julian's Church. As well as planning concerts across the South West, we have been invited by two of our favourite US composers to do a tour of Vermont and Massachusetts. We are giving additional concerts this autumn and inviting donations to help us make this dream a reality. Thank you for your support.
