We have exciting news for Rollin Pickford art fans! On Friday, November 14th from 5-9 pm, Marc Blake and the K-Jewel Art Gallery will present an exhibition of Rollin Pickford oil and acrylic paintings. Sizes range from small to very large. These have not been shown since the 1980s and 1990s, when they were often exhibited at Philharmonic concerts in the Saroyan Theater.The remaining Pickford family collection of these canvases will be on display and available for purchase at very low to reasonable prices. Once these last few canvases are gone there will never be any more.
Pickford watercolor prints will also be available for sale at a table. These very affordable prints are hand made and signed by the artist's son, Joel Pickford, on European watercolor paper. They look indistinguishable from the original masterpieces and make fantastic Christmas gifts.
There will be live music and lots more! Details to be announced in the coming weeks.
