DETAILS: In this cake decorating lesson, students learn how to work with rolled fondant. Students will learn hands-on techniques including rolling thickness, calculating amounts, covering & decorating their cake with impressions and patterns. NOTE: Some classes may run a smidge shorter or longer, depending on how quickly each student body moves along. Pre-registration is required.
