This class weaves together somatic movement and therapeutic ball rolling with restorative yoga to calm the nervous system, awaken body awareness, and restore natural balance. You'll release deeply held tension, ease pain, and improve mobility while re-educating your muscles and mind to move with greater efficiency and ease. This beginner-friendly workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, tension or limited mobility—whether you're new to yoga or seeking a gentler, more therapeutic approach to movement. It's especially supportive for those recovering from burnout, navigating life transitions, or looking to restore balance in a fast-paced world. All bodies are welcome; no prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down, listen inward, and gently unwind.
