A Workshop to Improve Your Breath & Calm Your Nervous SystemWe’ll explore the mechanics of breath—why it matters, how it influences your body and nervous system, and how to improve it with simple, practical tools. You’ll also discover how different breathing exercises affect the nervous system and how to hack the parasympathetic system to encourage deep relaxation.
Drawing inspiration from Jill Miller’s Body by Breath, we’ll use a core ball to create space, awareness, and ease in your breath.
The session will close with a deeply restful yoga nidra, leaving you refreshed, reset, and equipped with tools you can bring into daily life.
