This 2 -hour workshop introduces the student to the use of therapy balls to give the body a self-induced massage, releasing tight muscles, improving circulation, and increasing flexibility. This myofascial release, helps the body to recover and heal from the stress and strain that our bodies endure from exercise and/or everyday life.
We will target the whole body from bottom to top, to give you an overall experience.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to move with greater ease and comfort.
