for five incredible nights of tabletop roleplaying at The Lost Dice, Adelaide's beloved board game cafe.
For the third time, Role to Cast LIVE returns, bringing the Ennie award-winning tabletop roleplaying podcast to the stage for this year’s Fringe! Each member of the cast takes the storyteller's seat for one night to weave an original story set in a world of their choosing and where the roll of the dice decides between triumph and disaster. The crew's unrivalled storytelling will be enhanced by professional lighting, sound and production for a fully immersive experience that is utterly unique. We also have a bunch of guest players, and a guest DM on opening night, in the form of Adam Carnevale (from D&D Is For Nerds).
Grab a bite and a drink from the Lost Dice kitchen and bar as you settle in for a evening of tabletop action, drama, drinking and hilarity.

Dungeons & Dragons - Sat, Feb 22nd - 7pm (Guest DM Adam Carvenale, Guest Player Eden Trebilco)
In the far away fantasy land of Australia a nightmare mist spreads its tendrils searching for all that is good and bright in this world so that it might choke the life from it. One by one the majestic cities of these lands have fallen prey to the mysterious and evil force until only one bastion of hope remains: Adelaide. Join us on an epic quest to save the lands of Australia and perhaps... the world. Marvel and clap as the Melbournian host and Dungeon Master recalls every landmark he was able to see in an afternoon. And don't forget: the first three rows will be AMAZED. (Some audience participation)

Blade Runner - Sat, Mar 1st - 7pm (Guest Player Zola Allen)
Everything bright or good left Earth decades ago… and the very worst of what’s left lives in Los Angeles. Still, it’s their city and they swore an oath to protect it. Blade Runners - the elite cops tasked with detecting and neutralising rogue Replicants, artificial humans hidden amongst the populace. Every one of them has something to prove - or to hide - and now they’re staring down the barrel of a case that might shake this city to its ugly, rotten core. Role To Cast LIVE will take you on a ride-along into Blade Runner - the seminal Tech-noir dystopia - with four desperate detectives under pressure and short on time.

Warhammer 40K - Sat, Mar 8th - 7pm
It is the 41st Millennium. For more than a hundred centuries The Emperor has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Earth. He is the Carrion Lord of the Imperium for whom a thousand souls are sacrificed every day, so that he may never truly die. Mighty battlefleets cross the daemon-infested miasma of the Warp, the only route between distant stars, their way lit by the Astronomican, the psychic manifestation of the Emperor's will.
Role to Cast takes you to the grim darkness of the far future, where there is only war.

Star Trek Adventures - Sat, Mar 15th - 7pm (Guest Player Karma Duffield)
Space will always be the final frontier. It will always be a place to boldly go where no one has gone before. But in the world of Star Trek, not every waking minute can be spent working, or exploring the grand cosmos. Even the senior officers of the USS Delight need to relax sometimes. What better way to do that, than to book some time together in the Holodeck. Nothing ever goes wrong there…right?
Role To Cast tackles the Star Trek universe with vigour, and a little bit of chaos to keep things on brand!
