We are hosting the Rogue 1000lb Club challenge. Find your cumulative total of a 1 Rep Max Bench/Squat/Deadlift in one hour.We will use the Wilks calculator to rank all athletes with prizes for first, second, and third in the men's and women's divisions. This event will be filmed and judged if you want to earn the official shirt from Rogue. There are 500/750/1000/1250/1500 divisions so there's something for everyone.
Registration is $10. Entry into the Rogue Challenge is extra and handled through Rogue's website.
