This event is 13 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 13 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Violation of this policy while inside the venue may result in removal from the club without ticket refunds. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside the building, and there are NO PETS ALLOWED at anytime. *Legitimate Service Dogs must be wearing full credentials at all times upon entry, and owner must have licensing papers available upon staff request for service dogs. Roger Lewis & Baritone BlissNew Orleans native, Roger Lewis began his journey with the saxophone at the age of 7. He later became a founding member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, which formed in 1977. Lewis has spent decades seeing the world while on tour. The band has recorded songs with stars Elvis Costello, Dizzy Gillespie, DJ Logic and Norah Jones. They have toured with The Black Crowes and opened up for Miles Davis. When the band played an NPR Tiny Desk Concert, the series founder, Bob Boilen, described them as an abundance of euphoria.Lewis would go on to release his first solo album, Finally Alright! the summer of his 80th birthday, Lewis has had a long history in New Orleans as well as an indelible effect on the citys Jazz and live music scene. Along with playing with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Roger has played in Fats Dominos band and is a regular member of the legendary Trem Brass Band and Delfeayo Marsalis Uptown Jazz Orchestra.*This is a NOLA x NOLA participating event!Shows at 7:30pm & 9:30pm Doors at 7:00pm & 9:00pm Restuarant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime:Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com !Advance Ticket-Holders can also make table reservations for dinner in the restaurant next door by Emailing [email protected] after your tickets have been purchased online for the Music Room. In order to preserve the integrity, quiet and focus of our world class intimate concerts, only the charcuterie, cocktails and soft drinks are available for table service inside the Music Room. However, we encourage you to arrive at least 90 Minutes prior to your showtime in order to enjoy full, relaxing dinner service in the Dining Room right next door, before getting seated in the Music Room for your ticketed showtime. Due to our intimate venues limited seating capacity, advance tickets are strongly suggested in order to guarantee seats for this acclaimed show!
