The focus of this class is strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper technique and form, using weights combined with body weight movements. Let's get the blood pumping and muscles burning!This class is perfect for beginners through advanced fitness levels. All activities can be modified for varied levels of difficulty.

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
