Murph, a ROCovery favorite Hero workout, will challenge all fitness levels and kickstart your Memorial Day! Join in on the intense (AND FUN!) workout designed to honor late Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.Throughout this workout you will experience an abundance of encouragement, fun, and connection as we cheer each other on!

Murph is a great workout to do on your own or with a partner! Partners can split up work and rest for an adaptable workout.
The class will be held at the ROCovery Outreach Center
Following the workout, there will be a Memorial Day cookout.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
