*Boxing Update* Boxing will now be held on alternating months alongside Kettlebell on Wednesday evenings.Join us for for some old school boxing basics & heart pounding conditioning. We'll practice good fundamental skills every week; stance, punch and footwork drills along with plenty of jump rope rounds to warm up with! (a class favorite for sure). There's always plenty of hard bag work, working the mitts with coach interspersed with some good old fashioned conditioning drills, and the infamous FINISHER! All workouts can be modified to meet your individual fitness level, but you will always be encouraged to challenge yourself and expand your abilities. Prepare yourself to leave the gym covered in sweat and a great big smile!
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older (this activity may not be suitable for younger humans).
