The Rocky Mountain Kid Lit Festival returns to Billings for the third year this May. Presented by the Billings Public Library, with funding provided by Humanities Montana through grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities and Writers’ Voice, the festival connects young readers with published authors and illustrators.Janet Fox: 11am - 11:50am - Read Wintergarden with author Janet Fox.
