Rocky Kanaka signs SITTING WITH DOGS at B&N The Grove

Join on October 12, 2025, at 11:00 am as we welcome Emmy-nominated TV host and pet rescue advocate to sign his book . This collection of stories about nine rescue dogs that each got off to a rough start but found their way into Rocky's arms will tug at your heart, bring a smile to your face, and maybe even inspire you to give a little of your own time to a dog in need. And you don’t need to be a dog expert to make a difference. With a little love and patience, you can do exactly what Rocky does—change lives.

To make this event safe and enjoyable for all attendees, please read the below guidelines ahead of buying a ticket, so you know what to expect on the day. To avoid disappointment, we must stress that there will be no access to the event for non-ticketholders.

• This is a discussion, Q&A, and signing event.
• A BN Bookseller will take photos on the Ticket Holder's phone or camera.
• No large bags will be permitted into the event. Please leave your bags in your vehicle.
• Barnes & Noble may cancel this event at any time with or without notice to the ticket holders.

Ticket Holders will be admitted into the event beginning at 10:00 AM on the day of the event. Check-in will be at the third-floor customer service desk. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check-in.

• The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day.
• To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to enter the event space.
• Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted to join the queue.

Please note that Eventbrite is the only authorized dealer for this event. Tickets are nontransferable. Each person must have a ticket to enter.

Attendees can receive refunds up to 1 day before your event start date.

If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - The Grove will hold your book for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.
