ROCKWOOL Cyclothon 1.0 is a non-timed 15 KM community cycling event dedicated to promoting cycling awareness, healthy living, and environmental sustainability. This event is not about competition—it’s about participation, responsibility, and creating real impact through conscious mobility.
The 15 KM route is designed to be inclusive for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and regular cyclists who want to support a cleaner environment and an active lifestyle. Cycling helps reduce carbon emissions, improves physical fitness, and supports mental well-being—making every ride a step toward a better future.
🎽 Participant Entitlements:
All registered participants will receive an Official Event T-Shirt, Bib Number, Finisher Medal, and Post-ride Refreshments.

By registering for ROCKWOOL Cyclothon 1.0, I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge and understanding of the risks involved. I acknowledge that cycling on open roads involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, or health-related issues, and I agree to assume full responsibility for my participation.
I declare that I am medically fit, properly trained, and physically capable of participating in this cycling event. I agree to consult my own physician in case of any injury, illness, or medical concern arising before, during, or after the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation, and the organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or medical emergency.
I acknowledge that the event will be conducted on open roads and that moving traffic may be present during the ride. I agree to strictly follow all traffic rules, government regulations, and event safety guidelines. Wearing a helmet and appropriate safety gear is mandatory for all participants.
I further agree that event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the organisers, partners, sponsors, and all associated parties from any and all claims arising out of my participation. This waiver shall be binding upon my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
I also grant permission to the organisers and their partners to use my name, photograph, video footage, voice, or likeness captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, without any compensation.
By registering, I confirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to the above terms and conditions.
