The Funky Monks are Australia's longest running and touring Red Hot Chili Tribute Show! Formed In 1992, their first show was playing to a packed house in Adelaide after the Chili Peppers "Blood Super Sex Magik Tour Concert", the band had some surprise guests join them.
Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) Drummer + Arik Marshall (Red Hot Chili Peppers) Guitarist, got up on stage and jammed a few tracks with the Funky Monks themselves!

Maintaining the original line up and continuing to entertain and amaze punters with their high energy and massive sound recreating The Chili Peppers vast catalogue from the early days to all recent radio tracks.
The Funky Monks are not impersonators but are fans paying tribute to the music of the LA foursome which they love, and it shows in the energy and passion they continue to put into every show they play.
Joining Forces and Kicking of "ROCKTOBER 24" is local Adelaide band EVERLONG, The Australian Foo Fighters Experience. A Collaboration of Adelaide's finest musicians, these guys deliver the best of The Foo Fighters with passion and rockin high energy in true Fooies Style!
