Join the Chicken Shack for their bi-weekly Stroll dance class on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month Stroll is a solo dance, a great low impact exercise - basically walking to music!
Held at The Link, Parsloe Road, Harlow, CM19 4RT
7pm every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
Classes are open to everyone, of all ages - Dancing keeps you young
The classes are perfect for those who dislike the gym, but are looking to increase their physical activity and exercise levels.
We have so much fun, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it's not like you are exercising at all
AND you get to meet new people and learn a new skill
No experience or special equipment needed - bring yourself in comfortable clothing
All abilities and physicality catered for
Classes are £5 per person and are run on a drop in basis, no need to book
Classes from 7pm to 7.45pm, followed by Jive class (7.45-8.30pm)
Then we have a couple of hours for social dancing at our free Record Hop :-)
