The Rockford Hero Rumble debuts November 1, 2025, at Hard Rock Live Rockford as the region’s premier Police vs. Fire charity boxing event. Sanctioned by USA Boxing, the program features our region's heroes competing for community pride, boxing belts and a traveling trophy for the winning Department, all while raising awareness and funds for a local nonprofit selected by the Rockford Fire and Police Departments.Doors open and entertainment begins at 6 p.m., while fights start at 7 p.m.! A portion of this year’s event proceeds benefit the Carrie Lynn Children’s Center, a certified 501(c)(3) that serves Boone and Winnebago Counties as a trusted support system for families grappling with the challenges of child sexual and serious physical abuse.
