Delighted to announce I'll be kicking off RockFit classes in Portsmouth! ??Rockfit is a dance-based fitness class set to Rock and Metal music, with a mix of high and low impact tracks as well as a few toning routines mixed in, for a full body workout that will guarantee you to raise a sweat.
