Rockets & Robots with Melbourne Museum @ Pakenham Library

Explore how we get to space with rockets and undertake astronaut training to consider what it’s like to live in space!
In this 60-minute program, children will explore how we get to space with rockets and undertake astronaut training to consider what it’s like to live in space. They will also explore robots and imagine a mission in which they are programming a rover robot in search of a space rock!
Children will be working in pairs, so if your child might be uncomfortable working with another child that they don't know, please consider booking with a friend or sibling.
Parents do not need to book a ticket - only children.
This program has a strict numbers limit due to equipment requirements, so please ensure that you attend if you book, or if you cannot attend, please call us to cancel your ticket as soon as you are aware.
