Activity: Design and launch a rocket to see how far it will travel. The Bloodhound Car uses a parachute as one of its mechanisms to slow down safely. You will explore the science of air resistance through making and testing different types of parachutes and observe the factors that affect drag.
For whom? For children aged 5 years and above, accompanied by an adult and family groups.
Booking criteria: Free workshop but booking essential.
