Rocket Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga created by Larry Schultz in the 1980s in San Francisco, offering a creative interpretation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Like Ashtanga, it takes you through sun salutations, standing, sitting, and finishing sequences. Each posture and transition is open to personal interpretation, depending on whether you need to modify and make it more accessible, go a regular route, or introduce a variation to expand your limits. Here, each moment becomes a reminder that you are the master of your own choices.Having that sense of freedom, guidance, and support comes with the realisation that improving posture, flexibility, balance, and stamina can be an enjoyable and motivating experience! Practice shows that this joyful energy often emanates beyond the containment of our Yoga mats, as we feel profoundly inspired and genuinely happy for our progress and achievements and those around us.
