WHAT THE DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
Upon arrival, you'll embark on yourSauna & Cold Plungejourney. Ice Cold Club coaches will guide you through the cold plunge process, helping you embrace the challenge and reap the rewards of extreme temperature shifts. After 1.5 hours of rejuvenating contrast therapy you can hang out in the pool or make your way to Margie's for a bite.
