About this Event
Join Thrivent and Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln volunteers to help beautify a neighborhood surrounding a Habitat home. Participants will provide minor exterior home repairs, landscaping, yard maintenance and more – all at no cost to the homeowners.
When you Rock the Block with Lincoln Habitat, you’ll see just how quickly a little elbow grease can bring new life to homes that need a bit of a pick me up. The impact will be striking, but it’s more than just curb appeal that is restored. Rock the Block helps restore pride in homeownership and enhances neighborhood connections.
- Date: Saturday, October 12, 2024
- Time: 8:30am - 1:00pm; coffee/donuts at check-in, lunch provided at 12:30
- Location: Check-in at 44th & Y Streets
- No skills needed. Adult & youth waiver. Completed waivers required.
- Ages 16-18 need a parent/guardian present. No persons under the age of 16.
- I f you are registering with a pre-organized group, please select the appropriate ticket type.
