EmberLock is a hard hitting rock band from Bloomington Indiana, playing original music and putting their heavy handed touch on multiple genres and styles of cover songs, that span across decades of rock music. The band was formed in the latter part of 2022, by Derek on guitar, Jay on bass, and Scott on drums, after responding to a Facebook musicians page. After many attempts of trying to find a name, EmberLock was eventually chosen in April of 2023. Josh joined the band in June 2023 as the vocalist to round out the lineup. This has laid the foundations of EmberLocks style, sound, and feels.
EmberLock is groove rock vibes, melted with hard rock tones, and classic rock foundations. Hard hitting beats, in the pocket rhythms, shredding solos, and gritty melodic vocals, round out their unique blend of song styles and amalgamations of sounds.
Tree to Stone, a Bloomington, Indiana trio, blends Heavy, Psych, and Modern Rock. With drummer Ethan Smith, bassist Michael Gundolff, and guitarist/vocalist Lucas Bird, the band draws from '70s, '90s, and early ‘2000s alternative rock, showcasing a mix of heavy alternative music.
