Through a combination of rock music, yoga postures, and burning $h!t, Rock-N-Release offers a cleansing practice to move stored emotions out of the physical and energetic bodies. At Rock-N-Release: Divorced Dad Rock, expect to hear hard rock and alternative hits of the 1990’s through the early 2010s including bands such as: Creed, Korn, 3 Doors Down, Staind, Nirvana, Shinedown, Hinder, Nickleback, etc! You can flow along, scream, shout, and let it all out on the mat in this “all-levels” class. Just like at hardcore shows, leave your inhibitions at the door — screaming and singing along is perfectly acceptable and will be encouraged at times! If you’re in need of a healthy release, or just want to practice yoga along to hard rock music, sign up for this special event!
