“Rock Infused Orchestra” presented by the Wausau Conservatory of Music brings over 200 string orchestra students in grades 6-12 from the Wausau area together for a day of learning through rock music. Students will learn instrument techniques, ensemble playing, and music skills by taking on some of the greatest rock and pop classics.After a day of rehearsals and sectional classes, the Rock Infused Orchestra (RIO) students will present a free concert open to the public on Saturday, January 18 at 3:00 pm at the Wausau West High School Auditorium.
