Join us on a rock climbing day in Sinaia! If you’ve never climbed before or have only tried indoor climbing, this one-day camp is a good opportunity to experience the thrill of climbing on real rock! You’ll learn the basics in a friendly and safe environment, being guided step by step by two passionate and experienced instructors.
The chosen climbing area in Sinaia is ideal for beginners, with accessible and well-equipped routes. We will focus on the rock climbing techniques, on the safety manoeuvres and on building confidence in your own movements! Throughout the day, you’ll learn how to use the climbing gear correctly, how to climb efficiently and how to manage your emotions, all of these leading to an enjoyable experience!

Services included :
✔️1 day of Rock Climbing Coaching with 2 experienced instructors, authorised by FRAE (The Romanian Climbing Federation)
✔️Group equipment (ropes, quick draws,etc).
Not included :
🚙 Transport : with personal cars. Don't worry if you don't have a car, you can carpool with another participant.
⚙ The individual equipment : harness, climbing shoes, helmet, belay device. We can rent it, in case you don't have your own, for 30 lei per item.
You will learn:
✅How to choose the right climbing gear for your needs and how to use it safely.
✅Belaying on top rope and learning how to set a correct top-rope yourself.
✅Proper footwork to maximize your efficiency on the rock.
✅Learning how to rest during the climb.
✅Route reading : Establish your climbing plan & find the right beta / solution for the entire route.
✅Technique for more efficient climbing : back-step , drop-knee, high step, gaston, inside flag, outside flag, toe-hook, heel-hook, smearing.
✅Correct communication practice at the crag between the belayer and leader.
Notes:
▪️The registration downpayment is 100 lei, non-refundable should you cancel.
▪️The 150 lei difference should be paid one week before departure and is also non-refundable in case of cancellation.
▪️The climbing course will be organised for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum 14 people.
▪️We reserve the right to select our clients for the climbing activities, considering the demanding nature and the risks involved.
